The best tapenade

Tip For Preparing The Best Tapenade!

Let me help you prepare the best tapenade! Tapenade is a Provençal spread made of finely chopped Olives with other ingredients and infused with dried herbs. This is the perfect way to start lunch or dinner with fresh bread or crackers. Tapenade is also a wonderful addition to any charcuterie and cheese platter. Try it now, it is an easy recipe and your guests will thank you for it!
Step-by-step instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a small food processor and add progressively the olive oil:
– 2 cans of black olives (approximately 300 grams in total)
– 2 tbsp of chopped capers
– 2 tbsp of dried thyme
– 6 large cloves of garlic (adjust the quantity if you don’t like too much garlic) chopped!
– 2 sliced Scallions (spring onions)
– 10 anchovies fillets
– 1 teaspoon of capers
– 1 teaspoon of old style grain mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
– NO SALT
