“I have taken three classes with Chef Francois and each one has been amazing but my favorite by far is the lamb tagine. My sister and I went to Morocco last year. We ate delicious food made in tagines the whole week. Shortly after being home, I saw an advertisement for Chef Francois having a lamb tagine class. Unfortunately, I was not able to connect on that class, but Chef François rescheduled another tagine class just for me and my sister when she was in town for us to do together. It was very special and the food was out of this world. I have to say it was even better than the lamb we had in Morocco. I’ve also done a crème brûlée, olive bread and cheese soufflé class. Each class has technical portions which he waits and makes sure that each person in the class is up to speed and at the right consistency before moving on. If you take Chef François’ classes, you will have amazing food guaranteed. I highly recommend taking one of his classes. I’ve already signed up for two more classes and cannot wait.“

“Ooh lala, we had a blast! My husband and I were gifted a private cooking lesson with Francois and it was just what we needed. We were able to select our choice of recipe (we chose beef bourguignon), customize (I hate mushrooms), and get clarification on our ingredients and pans needed ahead of time, along with prep work. Francois was helpful and patient to two french cooking newbies. He made us feel comfortable as we asked questions throughout, had awesome tips, fun stories, and overall kept us smiling as we went along. The dish was INCREDIBLE and fed us for a few days. I took this class the last time it was offered…. more out of curiosity than anything else. I love Salmon, Asparagus, and Lasagna (eaten separately) and honestly wasn’t sure how the flavors would be combined, in a Lasagna no less. So, I followed along in class; and while everything smelled good, I was still skeptical.
So, into the oven and then out again when the timer went off. It looked and smelled good, so I cut into it and plated my dish. At first bite I knew it was a winner and I’d be making it again in the future! The flavors of everything were so well balanced and not one thing overpowered the other! It is truly a wonderful dish!“
