In this interactive online class, you’ll prepare a classic Gratin de Courgettes — a creamy Zucchini Gratin layered with tender zucchini slices, juicy ground beef, fresh tomatoes, Parmesan, and a rich homemade béchamel sauce. LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb of 90% Lean Beef Mince or Lamb Ground
- 6 large tomatoes
- 3 very large zucchinis (or 5 medium-size zucchinis)
- 4 oz of Butter, Salt & Pepper
- 1 block or ball of Mozzarella
- 3 Cloves Garlic & 1 Cup of Chopped Onions/Shallots
- 1 tbsp of Fresh Thyme and Fresh Rosemary & 1 tbsp of Chopped Parsley
- 1 pinch of Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 1 Cup of Vegetable stock and 3 tbsp of Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp of Flour
- 1 Tbsp of Worcester sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Dried Herbs (such as Herbs of Provence or/and Oregano)
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
