LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

For the Short-Crust Pastry:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (or gluten-free if required)
  • 3/4 cup of amond flour
  • 12 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp of water 
  • 3 tbsp of confectioner sugar

For the Frangipane:

  • 3/4 cup of granulated white sugar
  • 8 tbsp of unsalted butter 
  • 1 cup + 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of Grand Mariner or Rum or similar

For the Peaches:

  • Peach Jam
  • 1 tbsp of Orange Blossom Water (or Rose Water) OPTIONAL
  • 8 Peaches to be left at room temperature at least 2 days before the class
