LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Pastry:
• 300 grams all-purpose flour (2 cups) and 50 grams for extra use • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 150 grams of unsalted butter (1 cup) and 20 grams of vegetarian butter (margarine) at room temperature • 5 tablespoons of cold water • 1 tablespoon of dried herbs (such as herbs of Provence, thyme, or oregano)
Filling:
• 1 pack of smoked salmon 8 oz • 1 chopped shallot and 1 chopped onion and 3 cloves of garlic • 1/2 cup of white wine • 5 eggs • 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg • 2 cups of freshly grated gruyère • 1 tbsp of butter and olive oil • 2 cups of fresh watercress, or broccoli florets or sliced leek • 1 pinch of salt and pepper • 1 lemon • 2 cups of heavy cream • Fresh herbs: oregano or/and dill and chives •
