During this class, we will cook together my Gratin de Chou-fleur (Cauliflower Gratin)! This gratin is light and flavorful with only a few ingredients: cauliflower, parsley cream, milk, flour, nutmeg, and strong grated cheese such as Gruyere and parmesan. We recommend purchasing the cheese and grate it yourself for more flavor. We should eat so much more cauliflower! Did you know that Cauliflower is a source of choline? Choline can help improve the elasticity and firmness of your skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Choline is an essential nutrient that is important for the production of collagen! Cauliflower has so many health benefits including anti-aging, anti-cancer effects and liver detox!
