During this class, we will cook bake my buttery, flaky, delicious CROISSANT SALMON & SPINACH from scratch! We will steam and prepare my spinach mix, cook seasoned fresh salmon and finally wrap it all in buttery phyllo pastry! Get ready for my homemade croissant class!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
1 lb frozen spinach bag • 2 boneless fresh salmon fillets • 1/2 cup of Boursin Cheese (alternatively you can use cream cheese with herbs) • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper • 1 tsp of garlic powder • 1 tsp of onion powder • 1 each of phyllo pastry • 2 sticks of butter • 1 tsp of old bay seasoning • 1 tsp of dried herbs

• 1 large strainer• 1 small Strainer • 1 medium saucepan steamer • Parchment paper • 2 small bowls • 1 rubber spatula
