In this live class, we’ll prepare tender chicken with Swiss cheese and ham, add my special chef’s twist, and fry it to golden perfection. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser for kids and adults!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
• 2 Large and Thick Chicken Breasts • 4 Swiss Cheese Slices (at least 2 per breast) • 4 Ham slices per breast (at least 2 per breast) • 2 eggs • 2 cups of breadcrumbs • Grated Parmesan • Crumbled Blue Cheese • 1 cup of flour • Dried herbs (such as herbs de Provence, thyme, parsley, oregano etc…) • 1 Lemon • Salt & Pepper • 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2tbsp of butter
