Crispy on the outside. Melty on the inside.
In this live class, we’ll prepare tender chicken with Swiss cheese and ham, add my special chef’s twist, and fry it to golden perfection. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser for kids and adults!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Filling:

• 2 Large and Thick Chicken Breasts • 4 Swiss Cheese Slices (at least 2 per breast) • 4 Ham slices per breast (at least 2 per breast) • 2 eggs • 2 cups of breadcrumbs • Grated Parmesan • 1 cup of flour • Dried herbs (such as herbs de Provence, thyme, parsley, oregano etc…) • 1 Lemon • Salt & Pepper • 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2tbsp of butter

LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:

• 1 skillet •  1 baking dish • Parchment Paper or/and Freezer zip bags • 1 Medium Saucepan • 1 baking Tray  • Kitchen Towel
