- 1 Red Onion or Shallot Sliced
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp of Oregano
- 1 tbsp of Thyme
- 12 Pitted Black Olives
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese or Mozzarella
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Basil leaves for decoration
