We recommend purchasing the raw salmon at your local fishmonger for extra freshness as you will eat it raw. The ingredients are simple but their combination and perfect balance give this easy-to-make Tartare a flavorful boost!

• 1 lb of Fresh Salmon • Half Cucumber peeled and chopped • 1 Avocado cut into cubes • 1 cup of shredded Iceberg Lettuce • 1 Shallot finely shopped • 2 tbsp of White Vinegar • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil • 2 + 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice • 1 tbsp of chopped Chives • 1 tbsp of chopped Parsley • 1 tbsp of chopped capers • 1tbsp of old-style whole grain Mustard • 1 Tea Spoon of Tabasco • Ice cubes, 1 tbsp of water, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, toasted baguette slices
