Welcome to Chez François kitchen, full of delicious French recipes!

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will approximately last 60 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! During this class, we will cook my delicious Fish Terrine. La Terrine de Poisson is an impressive French appetizer for your next dinner party: light, flavorful and also perfect for the Summer! This Fish Terrine is made of wine-infused white-fish and shrimps, fresh cucumber, scallions, chives, dill and a few more ingredients. All wrapped in smoked salmon! I really recommend serving it with a fresh green lettuce!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

White fish (2 lb) (flounder, cod, etc...) *Not Frozen • 1 English Cucumber (ideally otherwise regular cucumbers)  • 8 oz pack of Smoked Salmon (or even more if possible) • 1 lb of peeled and deveined Fresh Shrimp *Not Frozen • Unflavored Gelatin Packet (we will use 1 or 2 envelopes) • Dill  • Chives • Scallions • 1 shallot  • 6 garlic cloves • 5 eggs • salt & pepper  • 1 Lemon • 1 cup of fresh scallops (optional)  • Olive Oil and Dijon Mustard • Heavy Cream • Cream Cheese • Capers • Fresh parsley or/and cilantro or/and oregano • 1 cup of Dry or Medium White Wine (Pinot/Chardonnay or Sauvignon) • 2 cups of Vegetable or Fish stock • Mayonnaise

• 1 terrine pan (or loaf pan) • paper towel • 1 small/mini food processor • 1 medium saucepan • 1 frying pan • foil • strainer • 1 dishcloth
