LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Raspberry Mousse and Glaze:
• Approximately 4 to 5 packs of 6 oz Fresh Raspberry • 1 cup of Heavy Cream • 1 cup of Caster sugar (granulated sugar) • 1 Lemon • •1/2 cup of icing sugar • Cold Water • 2 Gelatine Sachets (like Knox)
Chocolate-Pistachio Crust:
• 1 cup of unroasted and unsalted pistachios • 2 cups of Flour • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa • 1/2 cup of almond flour • 1 cup of Icing Sugar • 1 egg yolk • 12 tbsp of soft rom temperature unsalted butter
LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
• Hand mixer • Mini-food processor • 1 wood spoon or rubber spatula • Parchment Paper • 1 Medium Saucepan • 1 baking Tray • 1 Tart Cake Pan (approximately 9 inch diameter) • Kitchen Towel
