During this class, we will cook TOGETHER LIVE the delicious blanched white asparagus and pan-seared scallops with a lemon sauce. Asparagus are so delicious and so good for you! Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, asparagus are cholesterol-free and low-sodium!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

• 6 Large fresh scallops (or 3 per person) • 1 bunch of fresh white asparagus • 3 garlic cloves • Dried herbs (herbs of Provence or thyme/oregano/rosemary) • 2 + 5 tbsp of olive oil • 3 tbsp of butter • salt & pepper • 2 + 1 tbsp of lemon juice • 1 egg yolk • 2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

• 1 small food processor  • 1 medium saucepan • 1 small bowl • 1 chopping board  • 1 non-stick frying pan
