In this festive cooking class, we’ll prepare my special Halloween Soup — a warm, earthy, and healthy dish that’s perfect for fall.
Made with squash, pumpkin, cinnamon, and other autumnal flavors, this soup is vegan- and vegetarian-friendly, comforting, and absolutely délicieux!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
• 1 medium pumpkin (clean and remove seeds) • 1 medium butternut squash (clean and remove seeds) • 3 carrots • 1 shallot and 1 yellow onion • 6 garlic cloves • 1 cup of milk • salt & pepper • olive oil • cinnamon • dried herbs • paprika • nutmeg • cumin powder (or turmeric powder)• fresh ginger • 2 to 3 cups of vegetable stock • sour cream (optional)
LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
• 1 large saucepan and lid • 1 baking tray and aluminium foil • 1 hand mix blender
