LIST OF INGREDIENTS (for 10 inch-diameter-pan):
- 3 tablets of 4oz premium baking dark Chocolate (50 to 70% cocoa, unsweetened or bittersweet)
- 6 Fresh Eggs at room temperature (you will need to separate the yolk from the white into 2 large bowls)
- 6 tablespoons of Icing Sugar (Confectioners sugar)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of Tea
- 1/2 cup of Whisky
- 1/2 cup of Caster Sugar
- Fresh Strawberries for decoration
- Mint Leaves for Garnish
Ladyfingers:
• 4 Eggs • 3/4 cup of Flour • 1/2 cup of Caster sugar (granulated sugar) • Icing Sugar (Confectioner Sugar) • Vanilla Extract
LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
• 1 set of piping bag and piping tips • 1 wood spoon or rubber spatula • Parchment Paper • 1 Medium Saucepan • 1 baking Tray • 1 Charlotte Mold or Baking Round Cake Pan (approximately 7 inch diameter x 4 inch high) • Kitchen Towel
