LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Base Quantity
- 2 dozen eggs
1. Mediterranean
Core ingredients:
- 1 Flat Anchovies in Olive Oil (Regular rectangular can of 2 oz)
- Black olives (1/2 cup)
- Dijon Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh Parsley
Additions:
- Capers
- Lemon zest or lemon juice
- Grated garlic
- Crushed red pepper or chili oil
- Parmesan
- Toasted pine nuts or sunflower kernels (garnish)
2. Creamy Garden
Core ingredients:
- Boursin (1 pack)
- Bacon (3 rashes)
- 3 Scallions
- Fresh Cilantro
- Mayonnaise
Additions:
- Lemon or lime zest
- 1 Shallot
- Paprika
- Crushed nuts
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- Hot sauce (a few drops)
- Very Optional for garnish: microgreens
3. Zest of The Sea
Core ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup of Cooked Shrimp
- 1 can of Tuna
- Chives
- Mayonnaise
- Dill
Additions:
- Lime juice
- Finely diced cucumber
- Wasabi or horseradish
- Lemon zest
- Sesame seeds (garnish)
- Tabasco
