LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole skin-on salmon fillet
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, divided (save ⅓ for later)
  • 1 cup crab meat or imitation-crab
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup heavy cream (add progressively while blending)
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, paprika flakes, chili flakes, and garlic powder, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill and chives, finely chopped
  • A few mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg (150 g / 5 oz) Boursin cheese (garlic & fine herbs recommended)
