Join me for a delicious and exciting cooking class as we prepare one of my favorite French savory specialties: a flavorful Savory Cake infused with olives, succulent cooked ham, rich Gruyère cheese, a splash of white wine, and a drizzle of olive oil.

This rustic French cake pairs beautifully with a crisp salad and is perfect for picnics, BBQs, garden parties, or light summer lunches. It also happens to be the star of my cold buffets during the holiday season!
