Prepare them for Sunday’s breakfast or to celebrate la Chandeleur or Mardi Gras, or why not plan a kids' party when everyone can have fun flipping the crêpes? • 250 grams all-purpose flour (2 cups) • 1 pinch of salt • 1/2 cup of icing sugar • 2 cups of milk • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp of vanilla extract • 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter or olive oil • 3 eggs at room temperature
• 250 grams all-purpose gluten-free flour (2 cups) • 1 pinch of salt • 1/2 cup of organic or raw cane sugar • 1 cup of almond or soy milk • 1 cup of cold water • 1 tsp of vanilla extract • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 1 Large Bowl • 1 Small Bowl • 1 Whisk • 1 Wood Spoon • 1 Crepe Pan or non-stick frying pan (or small skillet)
