• 2 cups of all-purpose flour (300 g) • 1 & 1/2 cup of icing sugar (200 g) • 1 pack of mascarpone (220 g approx.) • 1 & 1/3 of butter stick (150 g or 2/3 cup) • 2 lemons: juice and zest • 2 teaspoons of baking powder • Salt • 4 eggs • Vanilla essence or powder • lemon extract (optional)
For the icing:
2 cups of icing sugar (300 g) • 40 ml of lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
