LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
For 4 artichokes:
• 1 Artichoke per person • 3 tbsp of Dijon Mustard • 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise • 1 cup of Parmesan • 2 Cups of Breadcrumbs • 6 cloves of Garlic • Salt and Pepper • Olive Oil (or similar) • 1 lemon • Small jar of capers • Dried herbs (such as herbs de Provence, thyme, parsley, oregano etc…)
LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
• Oven Baking dish for 4 artichokes • 1 saucepan + steamer basket (also called steaming pot cookware) • 2 bowls • Kitchen Towel • 1 ramequin for individual sauce
