Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! During this online class, we will cook " une Tarte à la tomate et chèvre", Goat Cheese and Tomato tart! Always a winner at home! I am using Dijon mustard to spread on top of the dough with dried herbs. Fresh basil and a fresh lettuce as a side and dinner is served! LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend this class is $35 per person that you can pay via Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Pastry:
You can use 1 puff pastry sheet, please defrost the sheet in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours before the class
Filling:
6 tomatoes • 8 oz goat cheese log • Dried herbs (oregano, thyme or herbes de Provence) • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan • basil • 2 egg yolks • 1/2 cup of sour cream (or creme fraiche) • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard • 1 red onion (optional)
