Let’s celebrate #MyLemonWeek of Summer 2021!
Monday: my delicious and zesty Lemon Mousse. This light, airy and smooth mousse can be served chill but also frozen, very versatile and no baking required! This is the perfect summer dessert, refreshing and with so much lemon flavor!
Tuesday: my zesty Lemon Curd! So rich and glossy, you can spread it on almost everything if you are a lemon lover (like me): toasts, cakes, muffins, tarts, ice cream, waffles, crepes, pancakes, yogurt…or just grab a spoon! You can find the full recipe HERE
Wednesday: Let me introduce you to my Lemon Chiffon Cake! So light and moist at the same time, this cake is like a breath of lemon air! You will need to use a fluted (tube) cake pan as you should invert the cake upside down to keep the airy volume. You can find the full recipe HERE
Thursday: the classic Lemon Cheesecake! Rich and dense, the lemon flavor works so well with the cream cheese and to balance the thick cake texture with something smooth, I decided to spread my beautiful lemon curd on top!
Friday: This is a sweet treat for the entire family: Lemon Butter Cookies! I like my cookies crispy and not gooey, so my cookies are heavenly buttery, crispy with a strong lemon flavor! Simple but delightful, enjoy them with a nice chunk of chocolate!
Saturday: Now here is a melting delight: Lemon Fondant bars! Bite into this beautiful crust and discover the rich lemon filling underneath! I call it “a bite of heaven”!
Sunday: the final Lemon STAR of the week is my Lemon Mascarpone Cake! This delicious spongy cake is a real show-stopper when you invite friends around.
