LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
For the Pork Tenderloins:
- 3 boneless pork loin chops (1 per person) or 1 pork tenderloin cut into thick chops
- 1 Fresh Mozzarella Ball
- Fresh Rosemary
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
For the Rustic Potato Mash & Zucchini Bed:
- 1 lb of red potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- Fresh Thyme and Rosemary
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream
- 1/3 cup of warm milk
For the Champagne Sauce:
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock/broth
- 1/2 cup of Champagne ( or equivalent sparkling wine)
- 2 tbsp of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
