LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
For the Short-Crust Pastry:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour (or gluten-free if required)
- 3/4 cup of amond flour
- 12 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp of water
- 3 tbsp of confectioner sugar
For the Frangipane:
- 3/4 cup of granulated white sugar
- 8 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1 cup + 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of Grand Mariner or Rum or similar
For the Peaches:
- Peach Jam
- 1 tbsp of Orange Blossom Water (or Rose Water) OPTIONAL
- 8 Peaches to be left at room temperature at least 2 days before the class
