During this class, we will cook together MOULES MARINIERES! Fresh Mussels "à la française" cooked with white wine, leek, shallots, celery, and many more flavors! Add sliced baguette to dip in the sauce otherwise, you will want to drink the sauce!

• Fresh Mussels (2 lb or more, approximately 1 lb per serving) • 1 fresh fennel bulb • 2 celery stalks • 1 shallot • 6 garlic cloves • 3 tbsp of butter • Salt & Pepper  • Olive Oil • 1 leek • Dried Herbs • 1 lemon • 1/2 cup of dry white wine • 1/2 cup of heavy cream • 1 baguette (optional) •1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
