In this class, you’ll create a beautifully crisp puff pastry wrapped around a perfectly cooked, flaky salmon fillet, layered with a creamy spinach and mushroom filling. This classic French dish is both impressive and approachable—and can be served warm or chilled for any occasion.

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
1 Boneless and Skinless Salmon fillet per Pastry • 1 pack of Puff Pastry Sheets (1 Sheet=1 Pastry) • 1 bunch of Fresh Spinach • 1 bunch of Cremini or Baby Bella Mushrooms • Cream Cheese or Mascarpone • 1 shallot • 6 garlic cloves • salt & pepper • Olive Oil and Dijon Mustard • 2 to 4 eggs for Egg Wash • Chili Flakes or Paprika • Onion and Garlic Powder • Dried Herbs (Herbes de Provence or Dried Parsley/Basil/Oregano)
