LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Pastry:

  • 300 grams all-purpose flour (2  cups) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cup of cold unsalted butter (approx. 60g or 2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Filling:

6 tomatoes • 8 oz goat cheese log • Dried herbs (oregano, thyme or herbes de Provence) • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan • basil • 2 egg yolks • 1/2 cup of sour cream (or creme fraiche) • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard • 1 red onion (optional)

LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:

• 1 large rectangular baking tray • aluminium foil • rolling-pin • 1 large bowl
