In this live class, we will create the elegant Charlotte aux Fraises together:
🍓 Bake homemade biscuits cuillère (ladyfingers)
🍓 Prepare a light and luscious creamy filling
🍓 Assemble a stunning cake with fresh strawberries and strawberry purée syrup

Bavarian Cream and Syrup:
• Approximately 2lb of Fresh Strawberries • 1 + 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream • 3/4 cup of Caster sugar (granulated sugar) • 1 Vanilla Bean • 1 Lime • 2 Gelatine Sachets (like Knox)
Ladyfingers:
• 4 Eggs • 3/4 cup of Flour • 1/2 cup of Caster sugar (granulated sugar) • Icing Sugar (Confectioner Sugar) • Vanilla Extract
LIST OF COOKWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
• 1 set of piping bag and piping tips • 1 wood spoon or rubber spatula • Parchment Paper • 1 Medium Saucepan • 1 baking Tray • 1 Charlotte Mold or Baking Round Cake Pan (approximately 7 inch diameter x 4 inch high) • Kitchen Towel
