LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
For the Pâte à Chou (Chou Pastry):
- 1/2 cup butter (4 oz)
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- almond flake
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 4 oz bittersweet dark chocolate
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp of heavy cream
For the Crème Patissière:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 4 yolks
- 1/5 cup corn starch
- 1/5 cup flour
- 1/4 butter (2 tbsp)
- ice
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
