Welcome to Chez François kitchen, full of delicious French recipes!

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will approximately last 60 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend this class is USD 35 per person that you can pay via Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo, payment should be made at least 3 days prior to the class.

During this class, we will cook together the crisp Feuilleté de Saumon (Salmon puff pastry). The fresh skinless salmon fillet, resting on a bed of creamy spinach and mushroom, is perfectly seasoned, moist, flakey. Perfectly wrapped in a braided puff pastry, this delightful dish can be served hot or cold!

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

1 Boneless and Skinless Salmon fillet per Pastry • 1 pack of Puff Pastry Sheets (1 Sheet=1 Pastry) • 1 bunch of Fresh Spinach • 1 bunch of Cremini or Baby Bella Mushrooms • Cream Cheese or Mascarpone •  1 shallot  • 6 garlic cloves • salt & pepper • Olive Oil and Dijon Mustard • 2 to 4 eggs for Egg Wash • Chili Flakes or Paprika • Onion and Garlic Powder • Dried Herbs (Herbes de Provence or Dried Parsley/Basil/Oregano)
