Merry Christmas! Join me for a festive class to bake the traditional FRENCH NOËL PAIN D’EPICES COOKING CLASS (CHRISTMAS SPICE CAKE) just on time for Christmas! Pain d’épices, translated as “spice bread” in English, is a traditional French cake that is typically made with honey and a blend of warm spices such as cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, anise. This aromatic bread/cake has been a beloved treat in France for centuries, especially around Christmas.
Each online cooking class is limited to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend this class is USD 35 that you can pay via Paypal, Zelle or Venmo.

My online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
Once you RSVP, you will receive a message with payment instructions and the list of ingredients to prepare before our culinary Rendez-Vous! The invitation to access our Zoom class will be messaged on the day of the class and cannot be shared.
