During this class, we will cook together GOUGERES AU FROMAGE (FRENCH CHEESE CHOUX PASTRY). Gougères au fromage are little choux pastry baked with Gruyère! They are ideal to serve as hors d'oeuvres or for an apéritif! Warning: they are extremely addictive because they are so delicious! They will be ready to serve as cocktail snack just before Thanksgiving!
