Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience featuring the classic French Steak au Poivre — pan-seared, peppercorn-crusted steak served with a creamy pan sauce made with peppercorn, cognac, shallots, and cream.
As a side, we’ll create mini potato gratins, those rich, golden layers of buttery potatoes that make every bite magnifique.
