Group Cooking Class: Gougères Au Fromage (French Cheese Choux Pastry)

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will approximately last 60 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is $35 that you can pay via Paypal or Venmo.

During this class, we will cook together GOUGERES AU FROMAGE (FRENCH CHEESE CHOUX PASTRY). Gougères au fromage are little choux pastry baked with Gruyère! They are ideal to serve as hors d’oeuvres or for an apéritif! Warning: they are extremely addictive because they are so delicious! They will be ready to serve as cocktail snack just before Thanksgiving!

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
