Group Cooking Class: Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Bourguignon)

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will approximately last 90 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is USD 35 that you can pay via Paypal or Venmo.

During this class, we will cook together BEEF BOURGUIGNON! Boeuf Bourguignon is the French beef stew originating from the Burgundy region (Bourgogne). Traditionally, beef and vegetables should be marinated in red wine and aromatics overnight. The marinated meat is slowly cooked in a rich red wine sauce filled with carrots, mushrooms, bacon, and pearl onions. Please note that you should allow at least 3 to 4 hours for the dish to be ready to serve to get tender meat!

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.

Once you RSVP, you will receive a message with payment instructions and the list of ingredients to prepare before our culinary Rendez-Vous! The invitation to access our Zoom class will be messaged the day of the class and cannot be shared.
