2-Day Cooking Class: Pot-Au-Feu Part 1

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! This cooking class is split into 2 days due to the cooking time of the beef. We will prepare and cook the meat on Saturday and we will prepare the vegetables on Sunday. LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is $14.99 and includes the 2 classes (on both days). Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
During this class, we will cook together the famous and classic Pot-au-feu, a feast of slow-cooked pieces of beef (various parts) in its delicious broth, served with root vegetables also cooked in the broth but separately. This dish is one of the most traditional recipes from France.

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
Once you RSVP, you will receive a message with payment instructions and the list of ingredients to prepare before our culinary Rendez-Vous! The invitation to access our Zoom class will be messaged the day of the class and cannot be shared.
