During this class, we will cook together a stuffed lamb roast with its gravy and delicious Hasselback potatoes as a side dish! For the lamb, you can choose to purchase either a boneless lamb shoulder or a boneless leg of lamb.

Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
