Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else, this delicious stew is made of green lentils, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, fresh herbs, and more... Perfect as a side dish, leftovers can be kept for a few days in the fridge to prepare healthy lunches!

During this class, we will cook together my MEDITERRANEAN BURGER! I call it my decadent Mediterranean Burger because it includes roasted red bell peppers, toasted eggplant, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, fresh herbs, garlic, scallions, capers, anchovies (optional) and a nice spread of my homemade pesto (that we will prepare together). This gratin is light and flavorful with only a few ingredients: cauliflower, parsley cream, milk, flour, nutmeg, and strong grated cheese such as Gruyere and parmesan. We recommend purchasing the cheese and grate it yourself for more flavor. We should eat so much more cauliflower!
