Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will last approximately 60 minutes and is limited to 10 guests, so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is $35 which you can pay via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
In this class, we’ll embark on a culinary journey to create a delightful dish that combines the rich flavors of crispy-skin salmon with the wholesome goodness of a healthy mash made from root vegetables. The salmon will be pan-fried to perfection, ensuring that the skin is crispy and the flesh is tender and juicy. To complement this, we’ll prepare a vibrant mash using a variety of root vegetables, including turnips, carrots, celeriac root, and golden potatoes.
