2 Salads In 1 Class: Mediterranean Cruise + La Dolce Vita

Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will approximately last 90 minutes and LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is $14.99 that you can pay via Paypal or Venmo.

We will cook together 2 salads during 1 class! The first salad is called MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE! Embark on my Mediterranean Cruise and sail in a sea of rich flavors! Soak up the sun like my roasted peppers are soaking in olive oil, enjoy the sightseeing of the grilled halloumi cheese and pepper, treat your taste buds with fresh basil, tabasco, and spring onions! The wonders of my Mediterranean Cruise salad might be life-changing like a memorable summer vacation!

The second salad is called LA DOLCE VITA! I remember my first visit to the iconic Trevi Fountain, happily throwing a coin over my shoulder for luck and thinking how free Anita Ekberg must have felt while dancing in the water during the famous ‘Dolce Vita” movie scene! I also remember my lunches in Roma with the refreshing taste of Italian mozzarella and tomatoes and the fragrant flavor of prosciutto! In this salad, I have tried to capture all these flavors and feelings of freedom during this special summertime! So my sweet life salad includes slices of mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions with delicate prosciutto, capers, and balsamic vinegar, olive oil dressing.

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
