Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! The online cooking class will last approximately 60 minutes and is LIMITED to 10 guests so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is USD 35 that you can pay via Paypal, Zelle or Venmo.

During this class, we will cook together the crisp Feuilleté de Saumon (Salmon puff pastry). The fresh skinless salmon fillet, resting on a bed of creamy spinach and mushroom, is perfectly seasoned, moist, flakey. Carefully wrapped in a braided puff pastry, this delightful dish can be served hot or cold!

Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
Once you RSVP, you will receive a message with payment instructions and the list of ingredients to prepare before our culinary Rendez-Vous! The invitation to access our Zoom class will be messaged the day of the class and cannot be shared.
