During this class, we will cook an amazingly fresh salad! Discover one of Chez François own signature salads: FRENXICANA SALAD! When French aromatics meet Mexican flavors, you are definitely going to adore every bite! With grilled shrimp previously marinated in lime, cilantro, Spanish mint (or Cuban oregano), salsa picante, and tacos spices, this avocado mango salad will bring a breath of fresh air to your summer lunches! All ingredients get finally married together above a bed of thin strips of spring onions with a French delicate dressing made of honey, mango pulp, fish sauce, apple cider vinegar, EVO oil dressing. Divine!

Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
