During this class, you will learn my technique to prepare my own recipe of the classic French dish Bouchée à la Reine with its light vol-au-vent (hollow puff pastry) filled with a creamy seafood mixture! Don't miss this class, once you know how to prepare vol-au-vent, you will be able to prepare so many variations of Bouchée à la Reine
During this class, we will cook my delicious lasagna made of Asparagus, Fresh Salmon, Vermouth Béchamel, Mozzarella! Divine with a nice rose or white wine!
US Eastern Time. During this class, we will cook together a stuffed lamb roast with its gravy and delicious Hasselback potatoes as a side dish! For the lamb, you can choose to purchase either a boneless lamb shoulder or a boneless leg of lamb.
La tarte au chocolat is so addictive with its homemade butter pie crust and black chocolate mixture. It is absolutely delightful with a nice afternoon cup of tea or coffee!
