US Eastern Time. During this class, we will cook together HACHIS PARMENTIER! Similar in style to Shepherd's Pie or Cottage Pie, this gratin has 2 layers: beef mince pre-cooked with onions, carrots, garlic, fresh herbs and creamy mash potatoes covered with gruyere cheese.
During this class, we will cook my delicious lasagna made of Asparagus, Fresh Salmon, Vermouth Béchamel, Mozzarella! Divine with a nice rose or white wine!
US Eastern Time. During this class, we will cook together a stuffed lamb roast with its gravy and delicious Hasselback potatoes as a side dish! For the lamb, you can choose to purchase either a boneless lamb shoulder or a boneless leg of lamb.
La tarte au chocolat is so addictive with its homemade butter pie crust and black chocolate mixture. It is absolutely delightful with a nice afternoon cup of tea or coffee!
