Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class lasts approximately 60 minutes and is limited to 10 guests, so please reserve your seat! The fee to attend the class is USD 35, which you can pay via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

During this class, we will cook together Le Flan Pâtissier or Parisian Flan. Flan Pâtissier is a classic French dessert that can be found in every good French patisserie. This simple but delicious French Custard Pie has been one of my favorite desserts since my childhood. The vanilla-infused custard with the buttery pastry is a bite of heaven. This is a must-try dish in French cuisine.
