Learn how to cook French cuisine with Chez François! Each online cooking class will last approximately 60 minutes and will be LIMITED to 10 guests, so please RESERVE your seat! The fee to attend the class is USD 35, and you can pay via Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.
In this class, we will prepare the stunning Charlotte aux Fraises (Strawberry Charlotte). First, we will bake my homemade biscuits cuillère (Ladyfingers) before starting the filling. This classic French dessert is a delicious cake made with fresh strawberries, homemade crème chantilly, and ladyfingers soaked in strawberry purée syrup.

My online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
