During this class, we will cook together Le Flan Pâtissier or Parisian Flan. Flan Pâtissier is a classic French dessert that can be found in every good French patisserie. This simple but delicious French Custard Pie has been one of my favorite desserts since my childhood. The vanilla-infused custard with the buttery pastry is a bite of heaven, This is a must to try in French Cuisine.

Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients.
